These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on this website. GUSTATORY is a subscription service company, formerly an online drinks marketplace.

For any purchases, you will be entering into a contract with GUSTATORY, in which you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions of use from time to time. If this happens, we will notify you by posting the new terms and conditions for buying goods online on the website.

Our Terms of Business are governed by English Law and the jurisdiction of the English Courts. You may, however, choose the law and jurisdiction of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you wish to do so..

Purchasing Process & Payment Authorisation

When a purchase is made, all details will be displayed back to you at the time of checkout for your review. Once you have confirmed these details, we will proceed to confirm the booking with our supply. Please check that all names, addresses, product details and volumes are correct on receipt of all documents and advise us of any errors immediately. Certain information may also be passed on to credit checking companies, and if you are purchasing an age restricted item, to our age verification company who shall perform a check before authorising the purchase. In making any purchase, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons, in compliance with our privacy policy.

You will be required to make full payment for your goods when purchasing. Payments must be made by debit card or credit card via one of our payment gateway providers (Shopify / Paypal / Google Pay / Klarna / ZIP / Apple Pay). Please note orders will be dispatched only once we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorised. Certain steps are followed for a contract to be formed, as described below, after you have placed your order. All documents (e.g. invoices/receipts) will be emailed to the address provided at the time of purchase.

We will do our utmost to assist, priding ourselves on having a quick and pro-active customer service team.
