Headstand Coffee Seltzer Makers

Headstand was founded by coffee roaster and UK Barista Champion Josh Tarlo. He spent the better part of a decade traveling to coffee farms across Latin America and Africa and over the years he watched how climate change was making coffee production harder. Rains in the dry seasons, droughts in the rainy seasons, the delicate balance that makes creating coffee fruit is slowly falling apart.

After learning that people have been turning the leaves of the coffee tree into something like a tea for hundreds of years and research showed the resulting brew was high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties he was hooked. The leaves are also already plentiful on coffee farms and much easier to grow than the fruit so it helps producers weather the challenges of the changing climate. After creating a new way of processing the leaf with a coffee producer friend Carlos the leaf became the base of drink that’s packed with ingredients shown to help you feel good and that’s refreshing AF.

A home-brewed quality coffee is far less expensive than cafes

...Whilst the purse strings may need to tighten, a better quality home-brewed coffee is still far less expensive than buying individual drinks on the go. Over the last few years, many have taken the opportunity to improve their home brewing skills, and now with the equipment and know-how to recreate that authentic coffee shop experience from home, are enjoying cheaper quality coffees. With cafe coffees costing anything from £2.50-4.00 each, and with a bag of 250g quality coffee costing between £7.00-12.50 and providing you with enough to achieve up to 15-35 brews per bag (depending on brew method and strength preferences), the savings and better quality coffee are both there to be enjoyed.

If this isn't you, there really is no better time to start. Better yet, at GUSTATORY you’ll find plenty of affordable multi-roaster coffee subscription packages, all featuring the most exciting roasters from Europe, UK, Australia and USA.
