A young coffee roastery from Frankfurt am Main, Hoppenworth & Ploch began with a single cafe at the university campus and now runs a successful network across the city. Since 2019, roasting has been taking place on a new Giesen W30A roaster at their new roastery, a place where they also hold popular barista courses and other coffee seminars.
