A wine that doesn't feel like drinking wine. Instead it's like trying an incredible cocktail of herbs, fresh cut grass and eucalyptus leafs mixed together. For this wine Michael picks out special parts of his harvest with a few grapes spending a few days on the skins before being aged in old wooden barrels. We love this wine with a fragrant Thai Green curry or try it with some wonderful fresh goats cheese...
