Schiller 2015 Pinot Noir & Fendant Wine

A wine that is as much about the boundary pushing idea of Mythopia as it is about the deep traditions of farmers in the Valais. Schiller are wines that back in the old days were blended as the wine of the vintage when farmers did not produce wine for selling but rather for drinking themselves. Hans-Peter interprets this simple, yet in our times unconventional concept, by blending Pinot Noir and Fendant into a remarkable translucent coloured tonic. If this wine was a music gig, we’d be sitting in a room of the world’s most creative free jazz artists.
