I Am Not A Big Wine 2017 Wine

A wine that according to Milan is a take on a 'small wine'. 'I'm happy doing 'small' wines as long as it's fun to make (and drink) them. “I am not a big wine” 2017 is based on barrels with the highest zing: mainly direct press Riesling (fucking love that grape, it has everything), some Chardonnay and a pinch of local Moravian varietals. Old vines, a bit of skin contact. Aged in acacia wood for freshness yet still some ability to age. No sulfur, of course. Bottled in 750ml so no bigness possible anyways. We couldn't agree more!
