Deferlante 3 Rosé NV Wine

A wine that started out of creativity and a need for grapes! After Olivier saw himself hit by frost and devastating effects on his own vineyards in 2018 he decided to call up some of his friends in Provence and Limoux and source organically farmed grapes to initiate the Deferlante collection. Version 3 is a blend of red and white wine blended to create an easy going 'Glou Glou' wine that reminds us of the fresh forest berries with a splash of mint. This wine is a little darker in colour compared to your average Southern French Rosé but with a lot of complex edges and corners. Drink on its own or share with friends and some charcuterie!
