We are excited to be bringing you a blend coffee from the Kateshi Estate in Zambia. We have combined one of their naturally processed lots with one of their washed process lots for a unique and incredible ‘best of both’ experience.
The Kateshi estate is situated in the Northern Province of Zambia on the shores of Lake Tanganyika - the world’s longest fresh-water lake. This region has the country’s best conditions for growing arabica coffee and they have long been striving for excellence in all that they do. Sustainability is at the heart of their operation and they are the first coffee producer in the country to employ women in typically male-dominated roles such as driving the farm machinery; challenging the gender stereotypes and empowering women with their coffee.
Enjoy sipping this coffee with its bold tropical aromas; flavours of mango and papaya jump out with a bright sweetness and a beautiful texture.
