Iron Goddess of Mercy, Anxi Tie Guan Yin, is a well-known and most beloved tea from Fujian Province in China. The leaves of this legendary light oolong are tightly rolled by hand, a process requiring skill and dedication. The delicious liquor with its butter-like texture yields a sweet nectar with pleasant orchid notes. This is a rich, complex and deeply satisfying tea which can be enhanced by infusing several times.

Light and refreshing. Balanced notes of honeysuckle and sweet fruit.

Ingredients: Oolong tea. Naturally contains caffeine
Brewing Guide: Use fresh water. Enjoy without milk. Tea 3g, Water 250ml, Temp. 90°C, Steep 2-3 mins.
