Victoria Arduino Black Eagle Espresso Machine

Black Eagle is the machine for all those who dedicate their lives to coffee and who study, research, and experiment every day to make their coffee as memorable as possible. Since 2015 it has been the official espresso machine of the World Barista Championship.

The Black Eagle is a stable, consistent and volumetric machine - perfect for the new generation of  specialty coffee shops. In the continuous research for a consistent result in the cup, many baristas tested and confirmed how much the volumetric system is better in achieving a constant product compared to the manual mode. The volumetric system of the Black Eagle ultimately responds to these needs.

The Black Eagle was created for specialty baristas: it was made to be volumetric with maximum temperature stability that helps the barista in their everyday job. It's not all substance, though. The Black Eagle was architect-designed, with more curves and asymmetrical elements, making it just as memorable as the coffee it creates.

The Victoria Arduino Black Eagle Espresso Machine is particularly suited to cafes and locations with barista capabilities. We do not recommend this machine for domestic use.

  • Gravimetric technology

Gravimetric technology gives users a higher level of consistency and control over coffee brewing with maximum precision. Baristas can set the weight of ground coffee and liquid in the cup for each coffee.

  • T3 technology

Baristas can set the delivery temperature of each group through three different temperature parameters: water infusion, steam and delivery group. The machine does the rest: digital pressure and temperature sensors instantaneously send information to the controller, which through three independent PIDs actively manages each variable. The result is maximum precision, control and accuracy regardless of the workload or environmental condition.

  • Sustainability

The Black Eagle pays attention to saving energy through its internal components, which are designed and built to restrict heat loss. The materials are all high quality and environmentally friendly, making it fully recyclable.

A home-brewed quality coffee is far less expensive than cafes

Issue: With the continuing economic uncertainty that COVID and the cost-of-living crisis brings, many are tightening the purse strings and choosing cheaper alternatives. However...For more: Comunicaffe International
...Whilst the purse strings may need to tighten, a better quality home-brewed coffee or tea is still far less expensive than buying individual drinks on the go. Over the last few years, many have taken the opportunity to improve their home brewing skills, and now with the equipment and know-how to recreate that authentic coffee shop experience from home, are enjoying cheaper quality coffees. With cafe coffees costing anything from £2.50-4.00 each, and with a bag of 250g quality coffee costing between £7.00-12.50 and providing you with enough to achieve up to 15-35 brews per bag (depending on brew method and strength preferences), the savings and better quality coffee are both there to be enjoyed.

If this isn't you, there really is no better time to start, and better yet, at GUSTATORY you’ll find plenty of affordable options from our huge range of quality independent roasters and brands from across UK, Europe and North America to support you in doing just that. With it easy to browse and shop for coffee on the marketplace or subscribe to a coffee subscription, it also won't be long until you discover a new favourite. All marketplace purchases are shipped direct for product freshness, with all subscriptions roasted fresh for us as part of our monthly delivery schedules.
