The Cure is our seasonal, modern take on a classic espresso blend. Honeysuckle and stewed plum sweetness with smooth caramel body and long finish. 60% Bom Jardim, Brazil, 40% La Pila & Neighbours, Guatemala. Our second Spring version of The Cure blends to very different central and south American components from Brazil and Guatemala.
With recent Brazil harvests having a new focus on agronomy and processing, unexpected flavour profiles are coming out of the region. This Bom Jardim is no different, having a super creamy, buttery body giving a super smooth espresso base. The La Pila lot is bright with notes of honey and stewed plums.
This is a great stone-fruit rich espresso and gives a beautifully sweet base for milk drinks.
