• Moonlight White is a superb example of Chinese white tea from Yunnan Province. It is very similar in appearance to Silver Needle white tea from Fujian Province, which is made purely from early harvested leaf buds
• The name is said to come from the practice of withering the leaves at night, ‘under the moon’ as opposed to under the sun.
• Moonlight White is light and sweet with a floral and stone fruit flavour.
• All our teas are hand-packed in Edinburgh into infinitely recyclable aluminium caddies or cardboard boxes with a plastic free inner, or into resealable stand-up pouches.
