These oatmeal and sour cherry cookies are made with a blend of buckwheat flour and gluten-free oat and lightly spiced with ginger and cinnamon.

Lovely Buns cookies are best enjoyed fresh on the day of arrival, however, they will last up to 1 week at room temperature, either in the box provided or in an airtight container. If you want a gooey fresh from the oven cookie, pop them in an oven at 170ºc for a few minutes, until heated through.
To make your cookies last even longer, you can freeze them for up to 2 months.
