Myanmar Hopong Coffee

The farmers of the Hopong Cooperative from Shan State in Myanmar have been focusing on the cultivation and processing of high-quality naturals for a few years. Since they were able to produce specialty coffee for the first time in 2017, they have continuously invested in improving their quality. The coffees are harvested by hand and then slowly dried for 13-17 days on raised beds in the drying station of the Hopong Cooperative. Despite the common drying station, the individual lots can be traced back to the producing village. So H&P are very happy about this coffee from the Long Hay Village.
