Mainstay Market Single Origin Organic Coffee

For all those juicy fruity and floral tasting notes, the Market speciality coffee is our single origin and seasonal choice. Light roasted, suited more for filter, nitrogen flushed for longer shelf life.

Commonplace commodity coffee isn't particularly sustainable nor is it ethical, and we believe in doing things better. Hand-selected by one of UK's multi-award winning Barista Champions and hand-roasted in London, the Mainstay by GUSTATORY coffee collection is our contribution towards a better tomorrow for coffee.

Known standards such as Fairtrade do not provide an incentive for quality, and improving upon this, this Mainstay by GUSTATORY coffee has been sourced from farmers for whom are paid twice more than suchlike, in which paying more is critical to towards sustainable and ethical farming, be it for labour pay, water conservation, ecosystem preseveration and more. This coffee is also carbon negative.

Available as either wholebeans or pre-ground. Grinder or tray not included.
