This coffee is available as wholebeans only.
José Luis Maldonado, the owner of the El Triunfo farm, fled as a child before the Nicaraguan civil war. In 2012, he returned with his brother to his parent farm, where they decided to continue growing coffee. When we visited José, he told Goriffee that at that time they knew nothing about growing coffee at all, but thanks to a conscientious approach, a lot of hard work and education, they produce one of the best coffees in Nicaragua today.
