Great espresso coffee from the indigenous MAM tribe.
MAM is a micro-regional blend collected from sixty small growers around La Libertad and San Pedro Necta in the Huehuetenango region.
Farms that produce MAM coffee have very low direct, sunlight because the area is always covered with thick cloud cover in the afternoon. High altitudes and low temperatures cause the cherries to ripen slowly, which is reflected in the rich taste profile, which is particularly specific compared to other Guatemalan coffees.
