This coffee is available as wholebeans only.
Farmers selectively pick very ripe cherries and supply them to labour. Selected cherries are wrapped in GrainPro. Cherries ferment anaerobically (without oxygen) for 18 to 24 hours.
This process adds many explosive and deep flavours to Worka's coffee.
