Situated 1900-2000 metres above sea level, these farms are perfectly positioned to produce high-quality coffee. The three farms have Yellow Caturra, Bourbon and Typica trees planted which are around 15 years old and well taken care of.
All the producers have strict harvest and processing methods, ensuring that the natural flavour potential of the coffee is maintained.
