Designed for Bonanzas campaign "RE-USE & REFILL", where you can refill this jar at any Bonanza Café with 400g of coffee. Feel free to use it at home to store all kind of things that fit into the jar.

For this release the glass jar will contain 400g of their Las Laderas Del Sol Anaerobic. This is Bonanzas second year offering this outstanding lot from Las Laderas Del Sol. Andres Navarro and his team ensure that only the ripest cherries are chosen for this particular process. The sugar content of the cherries is checked regularly to find the optimum point of harvest. The cherries are then placed in new aluminium tanks without oxygen for 7 days before placing them on raised drying beds with constant movement whilst the cherries still contain more moisture. The intense and fruit forward profile of this coffee stands out for Bonanza on the cupping table and they are proud to offer this special coffee to you now.
