La Pastora Geisha Natural Coffee

This is Bonanza's third year buying coffees from Carlos Montero, and they are now proud to have the opportunity to roast one of his most prized lots. Carlos decided to explore the potential of his farm, and after receiving rare Geisha seeds from his friends in Panama, Carlos dedicated the highest section of his La Pastora farm to cultivating this extraordinary varietal. His dedication paid off, resulting in this spectacular coffee, offering incredible complexity, sweetness and flavour clarity.
