This coffee is formed from a blend of coffees from smallholdings in the El Diamante region. All coffee is fairly traded and certified organic. This blend favours a cup profile which is very popular in the area - mid-level acidity, citrus fruits and very complex flavours.
With juicy notes of red apple, grapefruit and orange, verging on tropical. We enjoy this coffee as a pour-over or through the aeropress but is suitable for all brewing types. Adding milk brings out a pleasant fudge-like finish.
