Not to be missed, this is a very interesting coffee. Part of a very small lot using experimental processing techniques, it originates from Finca San Isidro is a small farm in Honduras. This farm is only 10 Hectares in size and family run, it is dedicated almost entirely to coffee production.
We first roasted it as part of a competition run by our importers, hence the name 'Competition coffee'. It is a medium roast coffee, with very floral aromatics and notes of blackberries, raspberries and honey. We have tried this as filter, aeropress and cafetiere with good results all round!
