This organic single origin coffee is produced by a collective of 18 smallholders in the Duhoho village of East Timor, a tiny country in Indonesia. The beans are washed, fermented and sun-dried on tarpaulins. This full bodied coffee offers a dominant and unusual flavours with notes of lemon and dark chocolate.
We recommend as filter or cafetiere. It's great with milk and would be a perfect coffee to serve after dinner.
