Our Central American blend is decaffeinated using the 'sparkling water method'. This uses naturally occurring carbon dioxide from prehistoric underground lakes mixed with water. The gentle organic process is highly effective in removing caffeine from the beans without compromising on taste or aroma. A medium roasted coffee with notes of orange, hazelnut and chocolate.
