More Information
Brazil Fazenda Vila Boa Filter Coffee
Hailing from the famous coffee-growing region of Sul de Minas in Brazil, we have this wonderful natural Mundo Novo varietal from pioneering farmer Mônica Borges de Souza. Expect bold and sweet notes of dark chocolate, toffee apple and honey.
Our coffees are seasonal and are freshly roasted by us at our London roastery. Additional origin information and the recommended brew recipe can be found below. For best brewing results, we recommend that espresso coffee is rested for 7 - 10 days after the roast date on the label.
