Endless Summer delivers what it promises: 365 days of summer. You taste, warm, strong cocoa, notes of melon and sweet cane sugar; for your perfect coffee experience - and the memory of summer! Now also for your pod machine.
The beans of our Endless Summer Espresso come from Colombia. The name of the coffee promises a lot, but it also delivers and impresses with notes of warm, strong cocoa, melon nuances and sweet cane sugar.
The coffee is a blend of the Castillo and Colombia varieties, grown in Palermo in Huila, Colombia. The beans come together from various micro-farmers. The farms are located at an altitude of 1,600 - .2000 m. The beans are washed and then fermented in the traditional way. The coffee cherries are fermented for 12-18 hours, then for another 24-50 hours in a closed tank.
After the beans are separated from the pulp, they are mechanically dried, which means that the beans are dried very evenly. The profile of the coffee in the cup is clear but intense, with notes of caramel, chocolate and strawberries. The perfect espresso!
