Commonplace commodity coffee isn't particularly sustainable nor is it ethical, and we believe in doing things better. Complementing our multi-roaster discovery subscriptions, the Mainstay by GUSTATORY coffee collection is our contribution towards a better tomorrow for coffee. Known standards such as Fairtrade do not provide an incentive for quality, and improving upon this, all Mainstay by GUSTATORY coffees are sourced from farmers for whom are paid twice more than suchlike, in which paying more is critical to towards sustainable and ethical farming, be it for labour pay, water conservation, ecosystem preservation and more.

Hand-selected by one of UK's multi-award winning Barista Champions and hand-roasted in London, all coffees are also carbon negative. Whilst there's only three coffees, there need be no more - the packaging remains the same, but the speciality coffee inside varies by season.
