Our house espresso represents what we value in coffee - diversity, seasonality, and quality. To create this Benchmark we tasted our way through over 60 samples to find a coffee that has a full body, chocolate base notes and an over-layer of orchard fruit notes. The result is a classic espresso for flat whites, but also a full bodied and smooth black coffee.
This Benchmark works well in your espresso machine but can also be enjoyed as a cafetiere after dinner or to kick-start your weekend.
