A favourite of last year, we are excited to announce the return of one of the most aromatic Brazilian coffees we have tried. This coffee originates from a single estate in the Minas Gerias region, where the cherries are dried out in the sun on large patios, allowing the bean to absorb more of the flavour and for lower acidity.
This is great for an all day cup of coffee, with gentle acidity. You will find notes of raspberry which give way to underlying praline and chocolate. Suitable for all brewing methods, we recommend as an espresso!
