This is Fjord's second year working with natural process coffees from Sehe Washing Station, managed by producer Salum Ramadhan. This year they selected a lot which was collected from farms on the Ntamba colline. These cherries are taken to Sehe and cherries with exceptional quality are chosen for their limited and careful Natural processing, which has steps to ensure a high quality, clean and bright cup profile. A beautiful coffee coming from an increasingly difficult origin to work with due to political complications.
