- Tea 1g, Water 1 fl oz, Temp. 90°C, 6 fl oz milk
- Add matcha to cup with hot water. Whisk to fine paste with traditional bamboo whisk or electric milk frother.
- Add hot or cold milk of choice (we love Rude Healths almond, oat or tiger nut). Optional: add honey to sweeten.
